There are many requirements to be licensed and registered in our industry, each with their own expenses. In addition, there are the many systems and programs that are needed to properly and adequately serve our clients, again each having their own expense. Cumulatively these costs can be quite substantial and are frequently all due at the same time. LifeMark has bundled the various registration, insurance, systems, and even membership in our industry's leading federation into the LifeMark Services Agreement. The program provides each of our representatives with their FINRA and home state registrations, E&O insurance, a client management system, an equity trading platform, a financial planning program, optical storage capabilities, online continuing education, online commission statements, and LifeMark business cards and stationary. In addition, as a strong supporter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors ("NAIFA"), LifeMark will pay for its representatives' membership in this federation.
